PURPOSE
As an integral part of the finance team, the main function of the incumbent is to ensure that accurate records are entered into the accounting system so that decisions can be made based on the accounting data recorded. The incumbent will also work closely with all members of management and all teams in the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Follow up on accounts receivable.
Perform reconciliations of account.
Prepare and post data entries.
Manage credit card statements and payments.
Record vendor invoices in the accounting software and issue payment.
Prepare media department invoices to the customer.
Maintain accurate aging report and report it in timely manner.
Maintain accurate filling system.
Update reports on a periodical timeline.
Help with month end closing.
Prepare various analytical and ad-hoc tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
Vocational Certificate in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience working with Navision is an asset
