YOUR ROLE
As a Billing Assistant, your key duties will include:
– Review and correct pre-billing invoices using the in-house billing software;
– Prepare invoices and forward drafts;
– Ensure the transfer of invoices and supporting documents to clients by e-mail or uploading them to
the various electronic invoicing (e-billing) sites;
– Scan and electronic filing of invoices;
– Perform data entry via the accounting system;
– Issue work orders and purchase orders;
– Other related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
– DCS in business administration, accounting, or other relevant training/experience;
– Experience in similar functions;
– Knowledge of accounting;
– Mastery of Microsoft Office;
– Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and priority management;
– Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations and professionalism.
