View360 Insurance Advisory is a growing, Insurance and Wealth Planning Firm focused on servicing business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
We are looking for a life insurance licensed Executive Assistant and client service manager.
You are professional, enthusiastic, punctual, and a positive person with excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied and complex workload. Ideally, you want full-time work, however, if you are already experienced in this field and have a proven track record, then we can be flexible – 24 hours minimum. Once you have proven your proficiency, working remotely is an option. This can be discussed and agreed upin prior to starting, and can be reviewed as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Once the Advisor has helped the client decide on their direction, you will be responsible for writing life insurance applications and assisting the file through the underwriting process.
- Providing word processing support; creating spreadsheets; maintaining client data and CRM systems; creating quality reports, presentations, and other documents
- Case preparation support to Advisor with research, financial plans, quotes
- Pulling up-to-date information off of websites to update client files prior to booked review meetings with an Advisor.
- Assist in the execution of our client service and care strategy.
- Managing incoming, e-mail or phone, client service requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Financial/ Insurance Industry experience required
- Great interpersonal skills
- Sunny disposition, good energy, a healthy balanced lifestyle, and you take pride in what you do.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Strong communication skills are a must
- High level of efficiency with exceptional attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required. For both our business as well as our clients’ affairs.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and strong computer literacy
- Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Excellent typing skills
- Core work hours Monday-Friday between 9:30 am-4:30 pm
- Hourly wage is based on years of industry experience and holding a valid life insurance license
