Work at a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility!
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours
Experience: 2 + years
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all PO’s and purchasing for entire plant
Maintain accurate databases and prepare daily, weekly & monthly SAP reports as required
Prepare a variety of reports including technical and status reports
Assist Plant Manager and other departments, as needed.
Support the Human Resources function as needed
Assist with the coordination of plant or visitor functions, including but not limited to meetings/lunches, conference calls, etc. , as needed
Point of Contact for janitorial, uniform , and vending services
Distribute incoming mail and coordinate the flow of information internally accordingly
Order office supplies as needed or requested
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day
Maintain the professional competence, knowledge , and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum two (2+) years of manufacturing administrative experience is preferred
Minimum of 6 months of experience working in payroll or human resources
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience reviewing timesheets
Experience working with SAP
Experience with payroll
Project management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience conducting small group meetings
