Why Work With Us A great opportunity to be on the cutting edge of something new Relocation provided All encompassing role covering many different skills Staffinity is currently seeking a Finance Administration Manager for a client in North Bay. This is a full-time, permanent position out of an office near North Bay, Ontario. The salary range for the position is 80-110k depending upon experience with benefits and RRSP matching. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems Manage Financial Statements and reports Manage the acquisition and disposal of capital assets Ensure recording and allocation of asset amortization Prepare annual charitable return Liaise with the Treasurer, Finance Committee as appropriate Oversee all payroll functions Manage the employee insurance and benefits plans Process and submit statutory and benefits remittances Issue annual T4s and T4As Assist with the preparation of budgets for funding applications Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects Maintain risk management policies and procedures to minimize organizational risk Qualifications: University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration Professional Accounting designation 5+ Years’ experience working in Aboriginal organizations.
