• Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process while ensuring a seamless, consistent and incredibly positive candidate experience;
• Find and actively approach candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, as well as employee referrals;
• Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of sources, especially for hard-to-fill roles;
• Perform customary checks prior to confirming the hiring of candidates.

• Certificate in Human resources or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual: French and English
• Great communication interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
