GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive potential customers
Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to the policies, service offer and promotions established, in conjunction with management
Complete the lease and all appropriate forms
All other related tasks
Check posts and announcements
Issue rental and advertising activity reports
Provide high level customer service
Update the various administrative forms
Prepare packets to give to customers
Recommend a rental that meets the client’s needs
Draft rental agreement and lease
Solicit potential customers by phone, networking, email to consolidate business relationships

Experience and qualifications
Must be fluent in written and spoken French and English
Rental experience an asset.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to perform administrative work and have basic computer knowledge.
Employment status: Permanent, daytime schedule, Wednesday to Sunday inclusive. Full time 32 hours per week and part time.
Terms of employment: $22/hour plus commission
