Hours of Work

To be considered for General Labour – Rotating Shift, you must be able to work; Monday to Friday (days 7:00 am -3:00 pm, afternoons 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Shifts rotate weekly. Overtime may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Remove all scrap pieces of corrugate from flat boxes that have been die-cut
• Re-piling – Review, and sort for defective product
• Pre-folding – Work with another employee to ensure that flaps are folded prior to going to the machine
• Assist machine operators to feed and/or bundling at our converting or finishing presses
• General clean-up & housekeeping

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, math skills, tape measure skills, and ability to read production layouts
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Physically capable of repetitive work, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing and/or corrugated packaging experience is an asset
