ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready for your next adventure? We continue to grow, and this is an exciting time to join the Fresh Tracks Canada team! We are looking for a driven and self-motivated People Operations Senior Coordinator who is passionate about keeping the employee experience human.
Reporting to our Director, People Operations, you will have the opportunity to work closely and collaborate with our tight knit PO team and will act as a key contact for all people-related initiatives. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to grow, create impact in the people space, and create the best employee experience for our Fresh Trackers. You will be responsible for supporting all areas of People Operations which includes: recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and health and safety. You will also work closely with the leadership team, including our CEO on shaping the strategy and future initiatives of the company; including diversity and inclusion, community engagement and policy development.
