What do we need?
We are looking for a Yard Associate to oversee our two acre yard, and will be responsible for kitting and organizing outgoing projects, shipping and loading trucks, coordinating with our receiver on yard organization, and collaboratively working with the rest of the supply chain team on identifying and resolving issues within the supply chain team. You will collaborate with our shipping team, preparing material and organizing shipping for jobs that are sent throughout North America. In addition, you will liaise with our tri-axle truck driver, and collaborate with our fabrication and construction labourers to complete tasks as required.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
previous experience in a receiving, logistics or similar role;
familiarity with creating FedEx/UPS shipments;
superior organization skills and a knack for creating systems and structure;
experience driving construction machinery such as a telehandler and/or forklift;
strong organizational and time management experience with keen attention to detail;
ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization;
are looking for something new, exciting and creative to be a part of;
are open to working outdoors in all weather conditions;
are motivated working in pairs or individually;
are highly reliable;
have reliable transportation to our site in Wallenstein.

Compensation
Hourly Wage: $20.00-$30.00 based on experience.
