Peel Mutual Insurance Looking for Intermediate Claims Adjuster (3+ years experience – remote) at Brampton, ON Full Time

Peel Mutual Insurance is looking for an Auto Claims Adjuster to help drive excellence in our claims department.

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims by telephone and correspondence. Additionally, you will provide some administrative support to the claims department.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Claims Adjuster role with a focus on auto claims.
• A drive and eagerness to learn new things.
• Familiarity with the P&C Insurance industry and the claims process is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and organize your workload.
• The desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, superior customer service skills, excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with computer applications including MS Office, with experience in Guidewire an asset.

As a Hybrid role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to determine their in-office/remote work flexibility in collaboration with their work leader.
