Responsibility
Supports end-to-end recruitment and onboarding related activities – updates new hire calendars with onboarding schedules before new hire’s first week on Cision, assists with questions/support as needed, background checks, connects with IT team on various onboarding dependencies, etc.
Assists the global Talent Acquisition team as needed on sourcing, recruitment, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
Develops expertise in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and makes requested system changes
Assists in documenting operational processes and assists in continuous operational improvements
Supports organization of TA vendors, employee referral program, and other TA operational tasks
Fields questions about TA-related items in the Central Careers inbox
Plans and executes recruiting and networking events that help us attract the right talent, including supporting the early career/campus recruiting strategy
Acts as the main recruiter with French-speaking candidates, reviewing resumes and engaging with candidates
Assists with TA reporting, other analysis, projects, presentation, as requested
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years in Human Resources, preferred
English and French language skills
Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint
Tech-savvy
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to learn quickly
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
