Your Responsibilities
As an Investigator – John Deere Financial for John Deere World Headquarters located in Johnston, IA; Grimsby, Ontario; or Olathe, KS, you will…
Conduct enterprise investigations with a primary focus on financial crimes related cases in a captive lending environment.
Analyze and organize results of investigations, makes appropriate recommendations to management, legal, and other stakeholders.
Liaison with external law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other government agencies.
Provide testimony in civil and criminal trials.
Develop, provide training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders related to financial fraud awareness, prevention, and investigation.

What Skills You Need
10 or more years in a primary investigation role
10 or more years maintaining confidential data, evidence, and case files
5 or more years conducting financial crime investigations
5 or more years working in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Organizes and analyzes results of investigations, presents findings to management, and recommends strategies and corrective action.
Experience leading investigative teams in an audit setting
What Makes You Stand Out
Strong background in interviewing experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders both domestically and internationally
Understanding of trending fraud schemes, and associated risks, with the ability to make recommendations to enhance fraud prevention
4 or more years of an investigation role inside a corporate setting
Experience in filing regulatory reports such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and Elder Financial Abuse (EFA)
Knowledge of current criminal laws, civil procedures, at the current state, local, and federal levels
Professional certifications such as CFE, CAMS, CFCI
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
