We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems. You will work closely with the Data Entry Supervisor to ensure data is entered correctly and efficiently. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Verify data accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Communicate with the Data Entry Supervisor to resolve any data discrepancies
- Perform other data entry tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus
