This position mainly focuses on reactivating existing clients who have not done business with Imprint Plus in 1-2 years.
The Inside Customer Service / Sales will be expected to:
- Manage client communications
- Actively work in tandem with Customer Service, Strategic Key Account Manager to “divide and conquer” customer requests with new logo’s, quoting and problem resolution.
- Ongoing/regular contact via telephone, email and online interactions to promote new products and providing ongoing updates relating to new programs
- Maintains assigned metrics in call rates and parameters, and to provide support in growing the business
- Communication within the sales team, customer service and our customers
- Assist outside sales with developing assigned accounts to promote new products and other company initiatives
- Identifying and communicating any potential loss of business, as well as being proactive with new leads and new potential business.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Prior CRM experience an asset
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-soling skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Is a self-starter who can own, lead and complete work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrates a positive can-do attitude that knows how to own outcomes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
