Collision Repair Experts Kitchener is looking for a Parts Associate to join their team!
Your role as a Parts Associate is to effectively and profitably manage all parts operations. You do this through inventory control, maintaining an efficient level of service from suppliers, and staff utilization. Your job requires you to ensure all orders are efficiently processed on a timely basis.
Duties:
Receive, order, return, record credits and send PPC’s for Parts
Ensure delivery times are met in a timely manner
Allocating parts to repair orders
Reconciliation of all parts
Organization of all parts
Post all Invoices
Provides support for the team and keeps everyone informed
General help around shop
Required:
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Team Player
