• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience or relevant certifications will also be considered.
• Previous experience in an HR role or internship is desirable but not required. Fresh graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
