Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, preparing HR documents, and maintaining databases.
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including facilitating orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork completion.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
• Help maintain employee benefits programs by distributing information, assisting with enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
