What you’ll be doing:

• Washing/cleaning new and used vehicles within the sales lot, body shop vehicles, and other customer vehicles being serviced.

• Responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and directing the detailing staff to achieve maximum results.

• Ensure the wash bay is clean and presentable at all times, delegating duties to detailing staff accordingly.

• Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

• Provide additional support to the service department as required.

What we need from you:

• Previous supervisory experience is an asset.

• Previous experience detailing vehicles is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles.

• Passion for customer service and high quality control standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.

• Highly organized, detail oriented, coachable, and open to continuous learning and development.

• Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.

• Be able to work shifts, which may include Saturdays.
