Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island’s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the HR Department for the resort and its associated programs. The role will be responsible for the development and operations of the department, and manage the domestic and foreign recruitment for the resort. The Human Resources Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and play an active role in the learning and development programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
- Extensive knowledge of the LMIA and IRC processes.
- Excellent in all MS Office Suite.
- Proven conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
