Our Rehab Services – Newton is looking for a dynamic and committed Administrative Assistant to support our programs and services. This position will be working onsite. It is a full-time permanent (Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm) position.
You will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. You may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.
We invite candidates with 6 months to 1 year of similar experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with you ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities. Interest or experience in supporting CARF accreditation process and Health & Safety programs are assets.
Hourly rate starts at $18/hour depending on experience.
