We are looking for a marketing assistant passionate about slow fashion, community building, social media, and analyzing data to work with our Marketing Team! This is a hybrid contract-based position (based out of Vancouver, Canada) for 10-16 hours / week with opportunity for future growth with the company.

-enjoys content creation and staying up to date with social media trends
TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
-supporting the marketing team with the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns
-provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
-community engagement across various social media channels
-organizing data reports and analyzing key metrics
-content creation for social media including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
-assisting with the Free Label influencer program
-assisting with PR outreach
-writing website copy and descriptions to improve SEO
QUALIFICATIONS:
-1-3 years of experience with social media
-exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-familiar with Canva or Adobe Illustrator -familiar with Google Sheets
The right candidate with excellent instincts can be trained
This position is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to Free Label as we grow our impact on slow fashion and our community. This is a flexible part time contract role, starting at $20/hour depending on experience and skill. The expectation is that this person’s role and compensation will grow with the brand.
