As an integral part of our Delivery team, the Digital Project Operations Manager ensures the smooth operation and consistent execution of our digital projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining the organizational structure within the project management landscape, overseeing task assignment, prioritization, follow-ups, and the overall integrity of projects. The individual will ensure the standardized setup of new projects in our project management software and contribute to the development of best practices. With their keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, the Digital Project Operations Manager will ensure that nothing remains unattended to. This role combines the diligence of administrative tasks with the dynamic nature of project management, ultimately playing a crucial part in our commitment to delivering outstanding digital products and services. This role can be performed from Vancouver, BC (relocation available), or 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada or the United States, working Pacific hours.
What You’ll Do
In this administrative role, you’ll be the backbone of our project management operations, ensuring the seamless execution and organizational consistency of our digital projects. You’ll spearhead the setup of new projects in our project management software, maintaining uniformity and structure across the board. Your role will involve diligent task assignment and prioritization, backed by meticulous follow-ups to ensure adherence to project timelines.
You’ll work closely with project managers and team members, identifying potential issues, and proposing efficient solutions. Through your keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive approach, you’ll play a critical role in driving our project success and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup and organization of new projects in our project and task management software.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of projects by standardizing task labels, monitoring task follow-ups, and prioritizing appropriately.
- Assign tasks promptly, ensuring efficient distribution of responsibilities among team members.
- Follow up on task assignments, ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.
- Facilitate team communication to ensure clarity and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Skills And Proficiencies
- 3+ years of detail-oriented administrative experience in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with modern task/project management and team collaboration software such as Asana, Monday, or Teamwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track project plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Experience in an administrative role, handling project documentation, and task assignment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
