You’ll be working on:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment and selection process from initial intake meetings with stakeholders to sourcing, screening, pre and post interview meetings, closing, and facilitating offers
- Proactively sourcing passive candidates through new and innovative strategies and search tactics
- Continuously building and engaging a pool and pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking
- Provide candidates and stakeholders with an exceptional first-class experience throughout the full recruitment and selection process
- Act as an Assent brand ambassador, communicating and showcasing Assents culture and values
- Partner with Employee Experience Business partners for guidance one pay strategies and current/future hiring needs
- Participate in special projects to accelerate the talent acquisition function forward
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of global recruiting and sourcing, a combination of agency and corporate is preferred, with at least 3 years in software (SaaS) – hiring across multiple markets specifically in the US and Canada
- Highly adaptable and flexible – you thrive in a high growth, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Unparalleled communication skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
- Your colleagues would say that they envy how organized you are, that they have been constantly impressed with how you manage your workload, multiple tasks and that you always meet time sensitive deadlines, easily prioritizing what is important
