The Opportunity:
With a rich history of success, XTL is poised for even greater achievements in the years to come. As we continue to expand our operations, we seek a E-Log Auditor and Coach who is self-motivated and shares our passion for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor E-Logs for Compliance,
- Investigate possible violations and elevate when found,
- Investigate conflicts and unassigned time, address in back office as well as elevate non-conformance issues,
- Promote timely log certification,
- Monitor and investigate personal conveyance reports,
- Document corrective action and/or training provided to drivers,
- Prepare training and coaching modules on ELD / MIR / Vector Apps for on-boarding new and coaching existing drivers,
- Elevate issues of concern,
- Follow a driver coaching plan for Speedgauge reports,
- Monitor dashcam videos and elevate concerns,
- Cross train to support other functions of Safety Compliance as required,
- Compile weekly reports on KPI relating to HOS & MVIR Compliance,
- Other Duties as required.
Who we are looking for:
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail,
- Team player with strong commitment to quality, accuracy and customer service,
- Strong geographical and hours of Service knowledge for both Canada and the United States,
- Interpersonal Patience for coaching and training,
- Ability to work with Technology with knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Professionalism to deal with sensitive issues in a diplomatic manner,
- Experience in a safety position in the transport industry is considered an asset,
- Training experience is required,
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in an environment that is consistently changing.
