Position:Electric Bike Operations Analyst

Role Objective:
To provide robust operational support through data analysis, reporting, and insights that will drive strategic business decisions and optimize our electric bike offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze sales, usage, and customer feedback data to provide insights on our e-bike performance and areas for improvement.
2. Report Creation: Develop comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
3. Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current operational process and recommend data-driven solutions.
4. Market Analysis: Study market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities or threats in the market.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure data-driven decisions are made across departments.
6. Feedback Loop: Interface with customer support to gather qualitative data and understand common customer queries, issues, or suggestions related to our e-bikes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the D2C or e-bike/e-mobility sector.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, outliers, and anomalies in detailed and complex data.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
