Job Description
The Coordinator, Retail Operations and Profitability is responsible for supporting a sound operational foundation that facilitates an enhanced employee and customer experience, acting as liaison between stores, Home Office, and vendors. The Coordinator will support stores to achieve and exceed productivity targets, freeing up more time to execute on customer experience strategy, growing store profitability while increasing customer satisfaction.
