Trapeze Mobility on Demand software solutions are used by many of North America’s largest transit agencies. As our organization continues to grow, we are adding a B2B marketing generalist to our team. The marketing generalist will deliver on our marketing efforts by executing tactical activities focused on building brand and solutions awareness that generates sales opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist that can work independently, is highly organized, and proactive towards initiating outbound marketing programs. You will have previously worked in B2B marketing delivering LinkedIn campaigns and working within Salesforce and Marketo platforms. You understand product positioning and messaging, how to build content to reach target audiences, and know about measuring success through applicable tools and well-defined outcomes. This role regularly meets (virtually) with the sales and product teams and reports to the Product Marketing Manager.

Marketing activities will include, but are not limited to, social media, digital media, content development, product knowledge, PowerPoint presentations, reporting, research and analysis, event management, and contributing to marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and stakeholders to execute tactical outbound marketing programs.
• Work with the business development team and sales team to ensure leads are effectively being followed up on.
• Outbound marketing using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and email campaign platforms (Marketo and Salesforce).
• Event and tradeshow management – speaking opportunities, booking, logistics, promotions, sponsorship, lead generation, follow-up campaigns.
• Organize projects effectively using the team’s collaboration tool: Wrike.
• Ability to travel :15% within Canada and USA within the year.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute tradeshows, user conferences, and corporate events.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite – particularly PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with marketing automation software solutions (Marketo, Salesforce, Highspot, Canva, Buffer).
• Organized and detail-oriented! Must be diligent with prioritization and timely project updates.
• Proven ability to work within a dynamic organization with remote workers.
• Comfortable working independently with the ability to complete tasks on time and be proactive.
• Ability to change tasks and re-prioritize based business requirements.
• Energetic, motivated, a positive attitude and sense of humor
