Position Summary
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist based at our Montreal Head Office. This role, reporting Team Lead, B2C Customer Support, will play a crucial part in the customer relationship centre’s (CRC)’s operations by providing support to CRC agents. In this capacity, the successful candidate will support the CRC team by effectively managing administrative tasks, implementing high-risk controls, and processing financial transactions accurately.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Spécialiste du Back-Office, enthousiaste et soucieux du détail, pour notre siège social de Montréal. Le titulaire de ce poste, qui relève du Team Lead – B2C Customer Support, jouera un rôle crucial dans les opérations du Centre de relations avec la clientèle (CRC) en fournissant un soutien aux agents du CRC. Dans ce poste, le candidat retenu soutiendra l’équipe du CRC en gérant efficacement les tâches administratives, en mettant en œuvre des contrôles à haut risque et en traitant les transactions financières avec précision.
