Title: L & D Project Manager
Duration: Full Time
Location: Canada
Responsibilities
- Have a detailed oversight of multiple L&C projects, ensure timelines and scope are 100% aligned, and objectives, deliverables, and timelines are not missed by any project team.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or any reporting format that provides a single source of truth to team utilization levels, and date of deliverables, and identify risks early on.
- Collaborate with Business Owner to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learning objectives.
- Coordinate with different team leads to track project status, and project health, and establish clear communication channels.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet to track project milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
- 4+ years of experience in the development of diverse learning solutions such as ILTs, e-learning, and blended learning. The ideal profile is of someone who has strong experience in instructional design, and learning architecture and has then moved to program management of L&D projects.
- Deep and proven expertise in project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- High sense of accountability and ownership towards the responsibilities and deliverables.
- Familiarity with audit capabilities and risk management in program management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex program challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in the learning and development domain is mandatory
