Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Data Entry clerk to work in the Accounts Payable department to join our team! You will be responsible for entering invoices and reconciliation of purchase orders into the in-house system
- Enter and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Prepare Checks for authorization and sign off
- Manage employee expense accounts
- Manage Fleet and Service Vehicle records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of General Accounting practices’ would be an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
