Dobson Chrysler Dodge Jeep is looking to add an important full time member to our TEAM, working hours Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 5:30, with the occasional Saturday 8:00-2:00.
Qualifications required
- High school graduate
- An administrative support program /course of over six months, and up to one year of recent experience (within the last 5 years) would be an asset
- Ability to work on a regular basis, regular working hours.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position
- Strong written and oral skills in English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing reception duties
- Receiving and directing telephone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Entering, retrieving and reporting on data
- Performing general office duties
- Performing word processing
Skills required
- Proven multitasking abilities, planning and prioritizing work
- Exceptional people skills and team player
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with proficient keyboarding technique
- Excellent verbal communication skills and customer focused
- Previous experience with SNB Vehicle Licensing System would be an asset
