We are currently seeking a Full-Time Email Specialist to join our staff in Neustadt, Ontario. See below to learn more about this great opportunity!
Pay Rate: $15.50 is the minimum starting rate, up to $19.22 with consideration of experience.
Job Function

Specific Job Duties
- Processing Quote and Order Requests received via Email.
- Receives, Reviews, and Validates Customer Artwork Quality.
- Communicate customer art quality and size specifications to the Sales Team (determining art changes and saving art work for the Sales and Layout Teams).
- Provide phone coverage of calls to e-mail and fax log areas (customer, plant and agent calls regarding all e-mail and fax related questions).
- Data entry of e-mail and fax information into Windows-based PC.
- Coordinate distribution list for orders, and quotes.
- Provide back-up for other E-mail Specialists and Administrators.
- Helping out with special projects related to Sales and/or Marketing.
- Distribution of information to individual personnel.
- All other duties as needed for the benefit of the group or organization.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) or two (2) years previous customer service/office experience.
- Previous Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and/or Composer Software
- Above average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.
- Good mechanical aptitude and abilities.
- Well-organized, with good numerical skills, and a familiarity with computer database usage and Internet file transfer.
- Familiarity with PC applications and Internet communications.
