Their size, scale, inventory, and extensive value-added services has consistently put them in a highly desirable industry leader position.
About the role: Regional Manager
- This is a second-line manager position that will be overseeing and leading the sales and overall performance of 2 large-scale and profitable branches
- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the branches and defining clear objectives, sales goals, and milestones for the teams to work towards
- 2 direct reports including a Branch Manager and Sales Manager with dotted line reports of territory managers
- Develop and maintain key relationships with customers at a senior level to ensure business growth and profitability
- Ensure high productivity and efficiency levels across both branches
- 25% overnight travel between branches in Saskatoon and Winnipeg
Compensation:
- Strong base salary + quarterly bonus + annual bonus
- $200K+ total income potential
- 4 weeks holidays
- $850 monthly vehicle allowance + gas card

Key Requirements for Consideration
- Must have 10+ years of sales experience and 5 years of leadership experience in electric, industrial, or commercial distribution
- Successfully lead branches with >$25M annually
- Must reside in either Saskatoon or Winnipeg
