We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Pickering. To succeed, you must have at least 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, be fluent in French and English (written and verbal), be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
Responsibilities involve:
– Process and expedite orders efficiently
– Assist with placement of orders, errors and cancellations and ensuring accurate documentation
– Meet delivery commitments and liaise with Planners if needed
– Enhance delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement
– Promptly resolve customer/FSR queries via email, phone, or fax
– Maintain minimal backlogs and aging on requests such as orders, expedites, and returns
– Monitor open orders and drawing hold reports; updating sales orders accordingly
– Provide product information, cross-references, availability, and technical details to customers and FSRs
– Propose solutions for product malfunctions and follow through on action steps
– Effectively interpret data from the ERP system
– Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer inquiries and address issues
– Log information in SAP
– Issue credits, debits, and paybacks in a timely manner, investigating and gathering proof as needed
– Collaborate with the customer service supervisor to maintain top-tier service levels
