Key responsibilities
– Support a variety of projects for other employees
– Respond to phone inquiries
– Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
– Greet and guide visitors
– Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
– Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
– At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
– Command of data entry
– Mailing List experience preferred
– General familiarity with Administrative Office
– Coordinating Events experience
– Proven knowledge of Business Correspondence
– Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
– Experience with composing various kinds of correspondence
– Well-founded grasp of Arranging Travel
– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
