Role overview

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to assist in daily activities and key projects. They will lead the planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, assist in the coordination of customer events, and support the Sales & Marketing Teams on day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to coordinate and support business critical activities across the company and will play a key role in the office management and administration for Carlsberg Canada. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional group of individuals in a fast paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Your primary duties and responsibilities will be to:
• Generate and provide monthly sales and admin reports to Territory Managers
• Develop custom reports in data cube
• Manage CRM system reports, revisions, territory rebuilds and adjustments
• Audit CRM Territory Manager usage and provide system compliance reports
• Provide monthly analysis and insights from CRM reports
• Manage CCI Sales Cycle process including template, tracker and trade tools
• Develop monthly program tracker
• Update the western Canada monthly Management Report
• Develop a Distribution tracker and audit tool for the Territory Managers
• Submit price changes to the BCLDB and AGLC and manage the pricing calendars
• Submit product registrations, listing and marketing applications to the BCLDB and AGLC
• Develop and manage a monthly CCI and Competitive Price Audit in Western Canada
• Produce monthly price lists and sell sheets for Western Canada
• Manage Annual / Quarterly / Monthly promotion and pricing calendars in Western Canada
• Support monthly inventory forecasting with Director of Sales for Western Canada
• Support and create impactful and creative sales presentations
• Support the development of sales training, sales standards and on boarding manuals
• Support Territory Managers requests for sales information
• Support Territory Managers trade tool needs and orders through Timeac and other supplier partners.
• Monthly in-market travel with Territory Managers
• Timely completion of admin tasks including expense submissions and invoice payments
• Track Trade Marketing budgets in Western Canada
• Allocate Territory Managers trade tools and manage the local storage lockers
• Coordinate BC Team meetings and manage meeting minutes and follow up actions
• Support and Coordinate Western Canada Trade Shows and Events (as required)
• Work with Carlsberg Canada National Office Brand & Trade Marketing Teams
• To support Western Canada marketing needs & opportunities
• To manage brand assets relative to Western Canada needs & opportunities
• Your secondary responsibilities include
• Support with Trade Associations as required
• Manage and support customer inquiries
• Support Telemarketing campaigns

What we’re looking for

· Minimum of 1 year customer relation experience

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g.: xls, ppt, doc)

· Must be able to manage all aspects of the business / relationship

· Must be an excellent communicator and presenter

· Must be a dedicated dynamic self-starter

· Must be highly motivated with a passion and drive for building the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
