About the Role
Moncel is currently hiring for a Head of Performance Marketing. This role forms an integral part of the leadership team at Moncel and will report directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for the overall design, execution and management of our demand generation and search performance functions.
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will oversee the management of Canadian, Australian & US demand generation and demand fulfillment campaigns. These campaigns touch a broad range of digital mediums, including PPC, SEO, social media, remarketing, display and email. In addition to online channels you may be required to utilize offline channels (e.g. direct mail) to also assist with certain demand generation activities.
Your primary goals will be to ensure the revenue growth of our ‘Click to Enroll’ channel in addition to developing B2B leads for our worldwide sales operations. You will do this by efficiently managing our search performance function in order to fulfill existing market demand, in addition to developing further market demand by broadening our reach using a range of demand generation activities.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to successfully execute against strategic goals of the organization, these will include revenue generation & lead generation objectives.

What we’re looking for:
Strong digital marketing experience
Held Director Level role, or higher, in the last 3 years
Worked in SME (20-100 employees) in last 5 years
5+ years experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Marketing, Branding or Communications focus preferred)
Strong technical capability
Highly digitally focused
Extremely analytical
Experience running high performance campaigns
High proficiency in PPC / Google Adwords
Excellent Leadership skills
Strong strategic planning skills
