Job Description
Individual Responsibilities:
Support the execution of our Culture and Talent programs (e.g., Recognition, Engagement, Performance, New Joiner, etc.) by working closely with the Assistant project manager and Program Lead on planning and implementation of the programs.
Act as producer for virtual training and information sessions organized by the COE, including setting up virtual sessions and being responsible for the technical aspects behind the scenes.
Prioritize, coordinate, and lead content translation and review for various Global HR programs, tools/resources, and initiatives by interacting with Design team, HR Shared Services and internal and/or external translation services/vendors.
Lead the flow of all files in COE SharePoint and ensures accurate version control, naming conventions, in addition to handling the archived content.
Coordinate the MFCentral and AskHR content updates schedule by soliciting COE for updates and program launch information; reviewing materials to ensure accuracy; performing ad hoc updates during off cycle reviews.
Assists in conducting research and development projects, including developing research format, collecting data, formulating results.
Supports AskHR Tier 2 queue for questions/cases related to Culture and Talent programs.
Coordinates COE Townhall planning and work with team members to assign facilitators and prepare content.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in leading and working on projects.
Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships within Culture and Talent COE; Employee Experience; external vendors and Global HR.
Ability to maintain composure and communicate optimally under stress; ability to perform effectively under challenging and/or conflicting demands on time and self in a busy environment; skill and tact in dealing with others.
Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities.
Ability to perform moderately complex research work.

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$51,525.00 CAD – $85,875.00 CAD
