- The Opportunity*CarePros is hiring multiple Child & Youth Care Workers in Edmonton, AB. This role is most commonly in a group home setting providing care to children and youth with complex behavioural needs. At CarePros, our programs are unlike what you would expect in a traditional group home setting. Our programs are structured around the individual child/youth that you will be caring for, with a 2-1 (staff to youth ratio). This provides a safe environment where you can develop a meaningful relationship with the youth you are responsible for caring for.
