Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with lead generation, market research, and customer service. The role is located in Toronto, ON, but some work from home is acceptable. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve business development goals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and translate data into actionable strategies
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex information to clients and internal teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Lead Generation: Strong skills in generating leads and converting them into paying customers
• Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research, including identifying market trends and competitors and analyzing customer needs and preferences
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, exceed their expectations, and build long-term relationships
• Knowledge of HR industry and technology is a plus
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
