StackAdapt is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer who wants to join a fast-growing company, foster an engaging culture focused on our people, source the best talent, and help highlight our employer brand. The Technical Talent Sourcer will help support StackAdapt through a very exciting growth phase, filling our talent pipeline with amazing talent, as well as contribute to other Talent & Recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will help contribute to our growing team and foster the incredible culture at StackAdapt through Recruitment & Talent.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to all candidates located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for this position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective talent sourcing and attraction strategies
- Brainstorm with the broader talent team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Reviews data and market research and consults with the business to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment when needed.
- Work on exciting Talent & Recruitment projects – StackAdapt loves creativity and encourages initiative!
- Help foster the incredible culture at StackAdapt through various tasks related to recruitment, diversity, and employee experience
- Help continue to build out StackAdapt’s Employer Brand
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced sourcing role, with an emphasis on sales or engineering roles within a tech or SaaS environment
- You have experience attracting and sourcing candidates that you identified through non-traditional methods; you can use LinkedIn Recruiter but it is not the only tool at your disposal
- Experience with end to end recruitment
- Experience sourcing for high-priority and complex roles at various levels, in an innovative and high growth environment
- You enjoy the process of finding, engaging and activating passive job seekers through a variety of search techniques
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You’re adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback
