What will you do
Key Responsibilities-
This position is responsible for coordinating and leading cross functional resources to ensure that Quality assurance applications (quality systems and laboratory) processes are robust and operational in accordance with the defined requirements and standards; aligned with New Consumer Healthcare Company Quality Systems strategy.
This role will have responsibility for the execution and effectiveness of application related deployment and sustainment, change management and organization readiness for application and capability deployments, including reporting and communications to Global Quality Leadership.
This role will ensure adequate Quality controls are consistently applied for the New Consumer Healthcare Company Supply Chain functions and will serve as a liaison between process owners, IT, and Global Quality Systems.
This position will manage business processes & standards, and interface & integration (technical) standards while managing user and Functional requirements for systems and capabilities in conjunction with applications leads and business process owners. The functional and user requirements will be translated into change impacts to drive the appropriate level of organizational readiness, change management, and training to ensure seamless deployment of new technologies and capabilities.
Facilitate the development of business architecture in alignment with the functional area. Lead cross-functional professionals to ensure integrity, consistency and compliance of site related processes with New Consumer Healthcare Company applications & processes.
Forge collaborative working relationships with functional business partners and IT teams in the deployment of systems in alignment with the Operating Model.
In collaboration with the business functional areas, actively participate in the Governance Framework (Consumer Policy management) to successfully navigate through the Deployment phases.
Ensure Support infrastructure (SUN), Continuous Improvement Process, Governance is established for deployed Systems and Capabilities while adhering to the applicable capability design standards.
Partner with technical support team to ensure deployed roadmaps for current and emerging business requirements are accounted for.
Provide feedback and lessons learned to strengthen the methodology and deployment processes.
Develop and report KPI’s related to Design and Sustainment, including Quality Management System Metrics.
Where required, author, review and approve SOPs, test scripts, end user training materials, and validation documents to ensure the appropriate level of process harmonization and consistency is maintained for New Consumer Healthcare Company systems.
Lead projects of moderate to high complexity for the deployment of applications, and digital projects related to the various New Consumer Healthcare Company and Global Quality and Laboratory Systems including but not limited to SAP, EtQ, ComplianceWire, Tru, PQMS, LIMS, Empower, Compliance Builder, SDMS
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
8 years of related business experience in a GMP highly regulated manufacturing/packaging facility.
Experience in global system deployments or upgrades.
Knowledge in GxP computer system validation and software development lifecycle (SDLC) process).
Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
Broad working knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug product operating functions of quality and compliance, material supply, material handling and control, product manufacturing, and product packaging.
Experience and working knowledge and understanding of cGMPs and quality assurance applications (ex. SAP, EtQ, ComplianceWire, PQMS & Tru, and Laboratory applications).
Track record of collaboration with a range of partners to drive E2E thinking
Green Belt/Black Belt process excellence certification.
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Proficient and confident in presenting to Senior Management in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven business partnering skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong analytical skills

The anticipated base pay range in New Jersey for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
