Flow Health is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our Covid-19 Patient Services who is passionate about helping the company as we work to save lives by processing COVID-19 tests. You will oversee all aspects of both the Concierge Covid Testing team and the Patient Service Center (PSC) by managing the local clinical, administrative, and logistics departments. This includes the hiring, management, and training of all department leads and hiring managers. The location Toronto, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to join a rapidly growing diagnostics firm with a strong grasp on Covid-19 innovations. This position must be filled as soon as possible.
POSITION: Operations Manager
LOCATION: Toronto, Canada
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in either a business/operations field or a Life Sciences related field is required
- Ability to prove your Covid-19 vaccination status is REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years of previous operations experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $95,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, D.O.E.
