Job Requirements:
– DEC, DEP or certificate in accounting and PCP
– 4 years of experience in payroll
– Excellent knowledge of Excel
Job Description:
– Supervise 1 person
– Process Canadian payroll for 1500 employees
– Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
– Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
– Update employee files
– Ensure procedures comply with legislation
– Prepare governmental reports
– Calculate and update employee vacation files
– Complete month-end and year-end procedures (T4, R1, etc.)
