Responsibilities
– Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities
– Assist in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
– Update employee database information
– Research the internet to discover potential customers
– Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
– HR Policy experience
– Employee relations experience required
– Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
– Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– At least 2+ years of HR related experience desired
– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
