Responsibilities:
– Prepare financial statements and tax returns
– Participate in month-end and year closing
– Review export batches
– Reconcile GL codes
– Process expenses
– Maintain suppliers accounts
– Perform sales analysis and research
– Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
Skills required:
– 2-year undergraduate accounting degree, preferably with a major in accounting
– At least 1 year of related work experience
– Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint
– Bilingual oral and written skills to communicate with suppliers outside of Quebec
– Experience in preparation of financial statements
