About the role
Starburst is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator who will enthusiastically support a global team of Recruiters and Managers in building and driving efficient and scalable internal processes. You will play a critical role on our fast-paced team by coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, sourcing exceptional talent and supporting projects that continue to build our presence across the globe.
In this role, you will:
Maintain, Own, Manage, and Administer our ATS (we use Lever) for complete data accuracy
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple time zones
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout our interview process
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support various hiring pipelines while maintaining effective communication channels
Identify and build an ongoing talent pipeline using Boolean, LinkedIn, social media sites, and more
Contribute to and advocate for continued diversity & inclusion efforts within our hiring practices
Participate in planning for company branding and content projects
Partner with other team members to improve and streamline processes when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Lever)
Comfortable working with Google Calendar and scheduling events on multiple calendars across multiple time zones
Unbelievable attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to balance competing priorities without breaking a sweat
Desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
