Title: Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: $16/hour *automatic salary augmentation every 6 months. Plus $500 bonus after the first year
Reports to: Retail General Manager
Job purpose: Sales associate at Collins in Laval/Mirabel/Longueuil. Your job requirements will be passing cash transactions and selling our products.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
(Including but not limited to)
• Providing exceptional consumer service
• Cash management
• Dynamic floor merchandising
• Loss prevention
Additional experience, education and/or skills:
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including fluency in both French & English; able to work weekends
Asset
1+ years of incremental responsibility in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and/or specialty safety goods
