Investment Transfer Agent – Remote

We are currently looking for an Investment Transfer Agent for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the fulfillment of Back Office operations required by the sales force of Investment Advisors and maintain regulatory requirements necessary to meet the obligations to the regulators Daily Pricing Control.
- Senior liaison with external vendors: Broadridge, Dataphile, CDS, DTCC.
- Proxy Maintenance.
What you will need to succeed:
- Completion of the CSC (Certified Securities Course).
- 3+ years of business experience in a related field.
- Previous experience working with Transfer Agents and Depositories.
- Experience with Dataphile or AWD.
- Good math skills used to reconcile reports and work with financial and non-financial data.
- Good knowledge of, and ability to learn, applicable systems, products, functions, and processes.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing on both basic and complex issues.
- Works accurately and cooperatively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Attentive to details with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
